Alan Lang serves as Vice President of Operations and Business Development for NextGear Capital. He is responsible for the primary day-to-day business market operations of the company. He also administers field operations and business development strategies.

Lang has invested more than 20 years of leadership within the automotive industry. He served in numerous leadership capacities with Automotive Finance Corporation and Mercury Finance Corporation before joining Dealer Services Corporation in 2005. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance from the University of Kentucky.
