During a 40 year career with GMAC McIver held a number of management positions in virtually every area of financial services including collections, dealer credits, commercial lending, and remarketing. He was the developer and Director of GMAC’s online wholesale auction, which has sold more than 3 million vehicles online, revolutionizing the way vehicles are remarketed. He also managed the physical auction sales at 56 auction locations.

As President of Forsyth Consulting Group, Inc. he is an industry Consultant for Ally and others in the Remarketing arena. He served on the Board of Directors of Dealer Services Corporation until their sale to Manheim in 2012 and he also serves on the board of two non-profit corporations.

In March 2012 McIver agreed to take on the role of Chief Executive Officer in addition to his role as Chairman of the Board.

McIver received his undergraduate degree in Business at Augusta State College and his MBA from Samford University in Birmingham, AL. He is the recipient of numerous awards including the GM chairman's award and the AutoRemarketing Lifetime Achievement award.
