Frank Hackett is the executive director of the National Auto Auction Association, a position he has held since 2004. His prior experience includes 20 years in law enforcement, serving three-terms as sheriff of Kennebec County, Maine. He has also served as president and CEO of Volunteers of America Oklahoma and executive director of the American Society for Law Enforcement Training.
