After graduating from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University (Bloomington) in 1986, Scott began his professional career working in the area of product development for a software company that provided software and data products to the healthcare industry.

Scott has worked in the technology industry for over 20 years and with the Automotive Remarketing industry since 1999, when he began as Director of Information Technology at DAA Northwest in Spokane, Washington. Scott oversaw the development of a custom auction management system that included integration with various consignor systems, and an online platform for remarketing vehicles on the Internet.

Scott worked from the beginning defining the AuctionPipeline.com platform as well as the integration with various auction management systems. Scott took over the management of day-to-day operations of Auction Pipeline beginning in January 2008 and has since grown Pipeline during a time of great economic challenge. Scott is the chief architect and developer of ASIExec, a software system that integrates ASI auction management system with AuctionPipeline.com.

Scott and his wife Karen reside with their 3 children in Spokane, Washington.
